     The Law Offices of Carey S. Rosemarin, P.C. practices all facets of modern environmental law.  Environmental matters arise in one or more of three contexts – litigation (administrative and/or judicial), regulatory/advisory, and transactional.  And they can involve one or more of the three primary “environmental media” – air, water and hazardous substances.  So, a matter can be as simple as a question of whether a particular discharge is allowed by an existing state-issued permit, or as complex as a multimedia federal enforcement proceeding on a business that is about to be sold to a foreign concern. 

      In every case, we apply the same creativity and attention to detail to get the job done.  By concentrating our practice in a single discipline, environmental law, we have the depth of understanding and experience to resolve complex environmental problems.
